Eugenia has worked in the higher education sector for almost 20 years, including at Deakin University (Director, Bachelor of International Studies and founder of the Spanish program), and the ANU (Acting Director, Australian National Centre for Latin American Studies). He has led major research transformation initiatives, including the $40 million Woodside Monash Energy Partnership, and played a key role in developing Monash University's first research pricing policy. Internationally, he has advised Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies on R&D partnerships and investment strategies, focusing on collaborations that deliver commercial and societal impact.

Adrian has over 25 years’ experience in research strategy, collaboration and partnerships across government and academia. He has led major strategic initiatives at CSIRO, the University of Melbourne and for the Queensland Government. He has designed and delivered both institutional and government programs to build research capability, translation and impact, and has advised senior leaders on science strategy, policy and engagement to enhance the local and global impact of Australian research.

Willo is a research strategy and innovation specialist with a career spanning academia, industry, and consulting. She brings deep expertise in research governance, analytics, and transformation, having led major strategic initiatives at the University of Wollongong, including the development of its Research Data Management Strategy.

Her research career focused on developing bioelectronic drug delivery systems, including work with Cochlear on implantable coatings for targeted therapy and doctoral research that engineered enzyme-powered electrodes and conducting polymers for controlled, on-demand drug release in epilepsy treatment. She then moved into innovation advisory with EY, where she spent five years in R&D Tax helping Australian companies access over $30 million in research and development incentives.
